"赵林建筑事务所"由建筑师赵林在2016年初创立的“赵林建筑工作室”而来，由于主持建筑师的工作学习要求，先后于青岛、呼和浩特办公，并取得了诸项实践成果，这种现实条件的转变也使得移动办公成为一种有意义的存在形式。广州事务所亦是由于学习要求而以新的形式成立，事务所致力于建筑学的实践与研究，希望可以在建筑设计等相关领域更好的服务于有需要的朋友。

大湾区是一片创新与先进的热土，但也带来了对创业者办公室租金成本的考验。幸运的是大城市资源丰富，而处于价值洼地的毛坯房也多，但由于毛坯房没有装修以及没有家具点缀，不但遭到租户的望而却步，同时也受到业主群体的低价抛弃，甚至在社会上遭到了普遍的“鄙视”！

然而，对于建筑师来说，他的字典中本没有“毛坯”不毛坯之说，建筑师更注重的是空间的存在。空间的美学在于它的形和相，其形是体，已然有之，其相则可上升到哲学的范畴。所谓的“毛坯”其相蕴含着本质的“真”、谦虚的“灰”、自然的“省”和可持续的“生长”⋯⋯，它如同生命的初生蕴含着无限的力量，其实并无不妥，关键还是在于如何认识它，继而如何运用它。

事务所正是选择了一间毛坯的商务复式公寓，套内面积32.16平方米，层高4.5米，靠近走廊公共洗手间。有零星的公司在此办公，邻居友善，内部环境与物业管理良好。

办公室的设计保留了空间原本的朴素，对室内只铺设绿色地毯，简单明了的电器布置，通过木材桌椅和一片铁丝网分割出了办公区、展示区、公共走廊和茶饮区，设计消除了原来室内的不利边角，对于一到多人的办公和形象接待已经可以满足使用要求。

The Greater Bay Area is a hot spot for innovation and advancement, but it also brings challenges to the cost of renting offices for entrepreneurs. Fortunately, the big cities are rich in resources, and there are many rough houses in the low-value areas. However, because the rough houses are not decorated or decorated with furniture, they are not only discouraged by the tenants, but also abandoned by the owners at low prices, even in the society. Was universally "scorned"!

However, for architects, there is no such thing as "rough" or "rough" in his dictionary, and architects pay more attention to the existence of space. The aesthetics of space lies in its shape and appearance, its shape is a body, it already exists, and its appearance can be raised to the category of philosophy. The so-called "roughness" contains essential "truth", modest "gray", natural "saving" and sustainable "growth"... It is like the birth of life and contains infinite power, in fact, there is no difference. Well, the key is how to recognize it and how to use it.

The firm chose a rough business duplex apartment with an area of ​​32.16 square meters and a floor height of 4.5 meters. It is close to the public toilet in the corridor. There are sporadic companies working here, the neighbors are friendly, and the internal environment and property management are good.

The design of the office retains the original simplicity of the space. Only green carpets are laid in the interior, and the electrical appliances are arranged in a simple and clear manner. The office area, the display area, the public corridor and the tea drinking area are divided into the office area, the display area, the public corridor and the tea drinking area through the wood desks and chairs and a piece of barbed wire.
